White Christmas-The Spirit Of Christmas Past is a uniquely festive white spirit pot distilled in 2013 from the 2012 Anchor Brewing Co. Christmas Ale. Anchor Brewing has been making distinctive and unique Christmas Ales since 1975. The Ale’s recipe is different every year, as is the tree on the label, but the intent with which it is offered remains the same: Joy and celebration of the newness of life. Production is extremely limited and distribution is restricted to California during the 2013 holiday season. White Christmas aims to capture the essence of the Christmas Ale, of which the malts, hops and spices are a well-guarded secret.
