Kita Pinot Noir Sta. Rita Hills 2011
In the Santa Ynez Chumash native language of Samala, the word “Kita” means, “Our Valley Oak.” The Chumash believe the valley oak is a true gift from our Creator, a tree that provides not only strength but also nourishment to the people. Like the valley oak, Kita wine highlights the gifts from Mother Earth and embodies the soil, climate, flavors, and spirit of the Santa Ynez Valley.
